He will get so excited that he will start kicking his feet and waving his arms with excitement. Bouncing sound effects will be heard. If Elmo is not picked up after some amount of time, Elmo will ask you to pick him up again, while he is kicking his feet and waving his arms. Elmo will sing a reward song when he is picked up. After the reward song, Elmo will ask to be put back down. When Elmo is set back down he will say That was such a big hug. Then he will ask for a drink from his sippy cup.

Its cute but…
This Elmo toy is cute but it is hard, not cuddly. It is a little frightening to a sensitive child also. The voice is pretty garbled and hard to understand, so I don’t think there is much educational value. and it is expensive for a stuffed doll, that is really ugly if you don’t know what Elmo is… those bulging eyes..yuck.
Wasnt completely happy
I bought this toy for my three year old daughter, She LOVES Elmo. I thought it was so0o cute and concidering shes in that “I want to take care of my baby” stage, I thought a baby Elmo, awesome! But when she opened it and started to play, I thought it would do and say more then it does. Im glad I didnt pay the 22.00 theyre charging in the stores or Id be really upset.

My daughter loves this toy. It’s a very clever idea. It is a little heavy for the size and the middle is hard due to the electronic box. Not a toy for a “lovey” to cuddle with, but it’s a ton of fun to play with. Both my 3 year old and my 1 year old have a ball with him. They especially love the song he sings. I really like that he says more than one thing and the things he says seem to be a little random which is fun for them. Good purchase. I would do it again easily.
